Project Coordinator, Physical Security

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule project work orders based on priorities and resource availability.
  • Cooking with vendors, onsite contacts, and other trades as necessary to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Cooking with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and resolve conflicts.
  • Reviewing work orders and ensuring all necessary information is available.
  • Progress Tracking and Documentation: Track and close-out work order tickets promptly upon completion, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded.
  • Submitting completed work orders for billing promptly, ensuring all billing requirements are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to work orders.
  • Monitoring and Communication: Monitor and evaluate the performance of work orders, maintaining accountability for meeting response-time targets and delivering quality service.
  • Communicating proactively with customers, providing regular status updates, requested deliverables, and confirming successful completion for each work order.
  • Adherence to SLAs and Performance Metrics: Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and accountability to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), meeting established benchmarks for response times, quality, and project deliverables.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members involved in executing work orders.
  • Ensuring detailed checklists for deliverables are followed.
  • Verifying accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.

      REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

      • High School Diploma or GED.
      • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and basic familiarity with project management tools.
      • Associate's degree preferred.
      • 1 - 2 years of Project Coordination experience is required.
      • Experience coordinating projects involving Physical Security; Door Access, Surveillance Cameras and Intrusion Alarms is preferred.

        EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

        • Full Time, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.

          PAY

          $25 - $27/ an hour depending upon experience.
