Project Coordinator, Permit Expediting

Responsibilities

  • Clerical and administrative support to permit expediting team.
  • Manage permit status logs.
  • Prepare and send out detailed project updates to client team.
  • Review permit submission packages to meet the requirements of the various jurisdictions.
  • Review online permit tracking systems, prepare draft applications based on building plans.
  • Prints and delivers No Parking Signs to active job sites.
  • Process payments and applications at different jurisdictions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong clerical and administrative skill set.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
