Responsibilities
- Clerical and administrative support to permit expediting team.
- Manage permit status logs.
- Prepare and send out detailed project updates to client team.
- Review permit submission packages to meet the requirements of the various jurisdictions.
- Review online permit tracking systems, prepare draft applications based on building plans.
- Prints and delivers No Parking Signs to active job sites.
- Process payments and applications at different jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong clerical and administrative skill set.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
