Key Responsibilities
- Build Strong Client Relationships

- Lead the Sales and Quoting Process
- Support Proposal Development
- Manage Multiple Priorities and Execute Efficiently
- Manage Preconstruction Coordination
- Keep Design Teams Aligned
- Participate in Design-Assist Services
- Guide Clients Through the Butler Design Process
- Manage Project Documentation and Communication
- Serve as the Primary Butler Liaison
- Support Project Execution Through Full Lifecycle
- Care for Material Delivery and Inventory Support
- Respond to RFIs and Technical Questions
- Manage Additional Parts Orders
- Resolve Project Challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-3+ years’ experience in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), commercial construction, manufacturing, or related industry required.
- Experience working with Butler Manufacturing systems or PEMB projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction sales, estimating, preconstruction, and project coordination processes.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project timelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction/project management software.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Able to understand and navigate Construction Drawings and construction specifications.
