Project Coordinator

About the role

Jetson is a company dedicated to accelerating the transition of 100 million homes in North America to sustainable energy use. We focus on the residential HVAC industry to combat climate change by simplifying and making clean energy more accessible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on a process for tracking the installations, including tracking prospects, assisting with customer inquiries, addressing questions regarding quotes, and scheduling walk-throughs, installs, and inspections
• Maintain and report on all scheduled installs, coordinating with the install teams, permits, and inspections
• Create process documentation and training materials for new team members
• Coordinate with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure the right equipment, materials, and team members are allocated to the projects
• Participate in business system selection and configuration to enable delightful customer flows and efficient processes
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Requirements

• PMP or related training preferred
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of developing project plans that support construction or related tasks
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer service acumen

Qualifications

• Full-time, Permanent position
• Pay range: $60,000 - $73,000 per annum
