About the Role
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Owner's Rep team in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain communication records and project files.
- Track submittals, schedules, and correspondence between project manager and various outside parties to ensure timely responses.
- Provide technical and administrative support to internal and external customers as needed.
- Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by project manager(s) and engineer(s).
- Participate in development and training for system enhancements whenever necessary.
- Respond to clients and assist client and project manager with document management.
- Scan, copy, distribute, and file project correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Establish and maintain electronic documents.
- Generate reports as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent in education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop process workflows and system requirements for technology enhancements.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
Pay
$55,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on qualifications).
