About the Opportunity:The PROJECT COORDINATOR, MARKET ACCESS plays a critical role in supporting projects from initiation through completion. This position is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, helping maintain clear communication, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role contributes directly to the success of projects by coordinating activities, supporting budget tracking, and fostering collaboration across departments. Responsibilities:Support day-to-day project activities including timelines, status reports, and project routing.Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and anticipate challenges.Assist with project setup, tracking, and reporting tasks.Support management of programs with budgets of $1 million to $2 million.Perform administrative duties as needed, up to 50% of the role.Support budget tracking and reporting to ensure accuracy and profitability.Participate in mentorship and training to develop project management skills.Schedule and facilitate internal status and kickoff meetings.Provide updates on timelines and resourcing under guidance.Maintain familiarity with organizational frameworks, clients, and regulatory processes.Help resolve workflow challenges and promote operational efficiency.Encourage open communication to build collaboration and trust.Learn to identify and mitigate project risks through observation and guidance.Engage in onboarding and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field preferred.At least 1 year of professional experience preferred.Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems.Strong collaboration, adaptability, initiative, and accountability skills. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Estimated salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 USD.Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.Includes health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life and disability insurance, parental leave, paid sick leave, and vacation.
