Project Coordinator III

Responsibilities

• Support Lead in complex security projects, coordinating multiple teams and high-level tasks with minimal oversight.
• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients to maintain alignment on project goals.
• Generate detailed project reports for upper management, providing insights on project health and progress.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, with demonstrated experience in complex security projects
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and security standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
