Job Overview
B Comm Constructors LLC was formed in 2013 and became a part of Future Infrastructure, a Primoris Company, in 2022. As a comprehensive firm, B Comm offers design and engineering services alongside construction and repair. The Project Coordinator role supports the Project Management Team, Construction Team, and Splice Team.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Management Team, Construction Team, and Splice Team to support project needs, including updating and maintaining milestone forecasts, creating and uploading project documentation, and handling vendor PO requests and municipal permit applications.
- Attend and participate in project meetings with customers and internal teams to align communications with field inspectors, customer agents, city staff, and regulatory agency representatives.
- Provide project coordination, oversight, and logistics management, including collecting construction close-out information and organizing it for timely delivery to the customer.
- Report hindrances to the Project Management Team for mitigation and risk planning, and create and update construction and splicing redlines with field crews as needed for billing.
- Collect and process daily production reports from construction supervisors and subcontractors, translate in-field activities into billing units, and share metrics with the team.
- Analyze prints and photos for accuracy and incorporate them into reports, documents, and custom maps, including taking remediation photos.
Qualifications
- Experience with based reporting tools, design platforms, and unique portal billing is a plus.
- Relevant work experience in a similar role with required technical skills may suffice.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to train others for team success.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, SmartSheets, PowerPoint, Bluebean, and Adobe, for in-depth analysis and data coordination.
