About the role
The Project Coordinator supports complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise strategic priorities, including system-wide growth and access, acute care transformation, operating efficiency, and workflow improvements. This role combines analytical problem-solving, structured project management, and change management support to drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leads and supports end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives by developing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of measurable results.
- Counsels and supports the development and execution of actionable solutions across matrixed stakeholder environments.
- Applies organizational development and consulting practices to address moderate to complex challenges, using sound judgment to evaluate situations and determine appropriate methods for resolution.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training.
- Experience and proven success in organizational development and effectiveness field, theories, models to assess, design and implement customized organizational interventions.
- Thorough knowledge of the organizational development and effectiveness field, theories, models to assess, design and implement customized organizational interventions.
- Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, project planning and implementation skills.
- Skilled in facilitation, consulting and relationship building.
- Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to learn quickly, reason, synthesize and generalize based on information obtained.
- Able to focus on priorities, strategies, and vision.
- Able to coach, facilitate, and influence people.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
- Experience working within an academic medical center.
- Completion of an Administrative Fellowship.
- Coursework or certification in project management skills and principles.
- Coursework or certification in change management principles and methodologies.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma – Yellow Belt or higher) with experience applying structured problem-solving approaches (e.g. root cause analysis, process mapping).

Pay
Annual Full Pay Range: $88,000 - $161,600 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%).
Schedule
Days, 8-Hour Shifts, Monday-Friday.
