  • Manage calendar coordination, expense reporting, travel logistics, and event/meeting planning inclusive of onsite support for the bi-monthly CIO leadership team meeting, collaborating effectively with other executive assistants and program managers as required
  • Identify recurring process friction points across procurement, contracting, and program operations, and lead the implementation of process improvements consistent with the Danaher Business System (DBS)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business operations, including direct experience with procurement and/or contract management processes and systems
  • Experience providing executive-level administrative support with a demonstrated ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, deliver quickly, and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience tracking metrics and turnaround times and driving process improvement with cross-functional partners such as Procurement or Legal
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and/or procurement systems
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across functions without direct authority while being proactive and attentive to detail

Qualifications
