About the role
Support remote back-office operations for parking and vehicle-assistance field services, including dispatch, scheduling, billing, records, and customer care, with a focus on project visibility. Ensure every handoff clearly shows completion status, pending tasks, and ownership of next steps within parking service operations.
What helps you succeed
- Use Process Documentation and Dependency Management confidently in project coordination.
- Apply Reporting without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
- Exercise sound judgment, especially when escalation is needed instead of assumption.
Responsibilities
- Track the workflow by maintaining current task and dependency records.
- Own the workflow by tracking owners and due dates.
- Coordinate the workflow by documenting decisions and changes.
- Review the workflow to surface blockers before deadlines slip.
- Maintain the workflow by preparing concise status updates for stakeholders.
What good work looks like
The role is successful when project visibility becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are identified before they impact customers, partners, or teammates. This is measured through effective project coordination within parking service operations.
