Position Summary

Customer Operations Coordinators work to organize and oversee various projects and operational tasks at SPS Revenue Recovery. The primary responsibilities include coordinating, executing tasks, and facilitating overall productivity across the Customer Success, Account Management, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer and prospect onboarding processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of data and end users.
  • Maintain current customer operations processes, recommending solutions for improvement based on changing business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in Customer Success platform, and CRM systems or other databases.
  • Generate reports and insights from customer data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Train new and existing employees on customer operations processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer insights, feedback, and trends to drive product and process improvements.
  • Assist in implementing customer marketing and retention campaigns.
  • Support the Customer Success team with various administrative tasks, including ad-hoc requests and projects.
  • Drive customer operational improvements and strategic projects across SPS Revenue Recovery.

Required Requirements

  • A High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated computer knowledge.

Location

This role is hybrid 2 days a week, based out of Rogers, Arkansas.

The pay range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. This position will pay $52,000.
