Leadership Principles
Everything we do is guided by the following principles. Every team member is expected to embody and champion these across the organization.
- Bias for Action: We value speed and avoid analysis paralysis. We develop conviction, make informed decisions quickly, and take calculated risks to maintain momentum.
- Customer Obsession: We work backward from customer needs to solve pain points and create solutions that earn their loyalty.
- Data & Metrics Driven: We operate with facts, not opinions, using data and metrics to measure progress and ground every decision.
- Raise the Bar: We continuously push for improvement in ourselves, our teams, and the company, setting ever-higher standards.
- Operational Excellence Through Process: We build lasting processes that optimize efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
- Ownership Mindset: We take responsibility for our work, use resources wisely, and stay accountable for long-term success.
- Earn Trust: We build trust through integrity, transparency, and mutual respect, communicating openly and owning our mistakes.
