Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production of marketing programs. In this role, you will work closely with a Project Manager and a variety of production and other internal teams. You may also work with leaders from various parts of the business to support their specific project needs.

• Assist with providing proofs and billing to internal teams
• Support the production of marketing programs
• Ensure accuracy and timely approvals for scheduled marketing programs

About the role

This is a hybrid position - 3-4 days per week in the office in West Chicago are required. Epsilon is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team in West Chicago!

Qualifications

• You will need to have a High School Diploma or GED
• You will need to have strong attention to detail and accuracy
• You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• You will need to be able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, procedure manuals, government regulations, written instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• You will need to be able to write professional correspondence and present information and respond to questions from managers and internal partners
• You will need to be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• You will need to be able to identify and distinguish colors

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is USD $40,280.00 - USD $53,445.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
