About the Role
PRG is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Lakewood, CO team. This role involves administrative office responsibilities, ensuring the execution of outside plant telecommunications construction projects. The position requires working in-office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly reports to management on construction activity.
- Coordinate and schedule with cross-functional groups.
- Perform other related duties upon request.
Requirements
- Ability to read coax construction maps.
- Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs; Smartsheet experience is a plus.
- Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs.
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adjust delivery verbally and in writing for different audiences.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands.
Work Environment
The role will require walking, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks in an office environment.
Pay
Competitive hourly pay of $26 to $30 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
