Project Coordinator

About the role
This position supports construction management functions in the electrical construction industry and provides general project support to senior project professionals.
- Payroll processing
- Processing of new hire employees
- Initiate Employee Change of Status forms (COS)
- Complete Employee Rosters
- Data entry
- Maintain office supplies
- Assist in reconciliation of purchasing cards (credit cards)
- Assist project professionals in various administrative areas
- Generate submittals and final close-out packages
- Switchboard operation
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Essential functions are performed in a Company-designated office or field location. You must understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to solve office problems practically
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to interface effectively with senior project personnel

Pay
$20–$24 per hour, paid weekly.
