About the Position
Mason Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of low‑voltage technology and electrical integration projects. The role works closely with Project Managers, field technicians, warehouse teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate day‑to‑day activities from award through completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate low‑voltage construction projects from award through completion and closeout.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, field technicians, general contractors, vendors, warehouse, and customers to keep projects on schedule.
- Assist with project scheduling, technician assignments, site access, material procurement, and deliveries.
- Track project progress, milestones, materials, and outstanding items.
- Review technician reports, project documentation, and system updates for accuracy.
- Communicate project updates and resolve scheduling, material, and field‑related issues.
- Assist with change orders, project documentation, billing, and final project closeout.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, electrical, low‑voltage, telecommunications, AV, security, or a related industry (preferred).
- Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role.
- Understanding of construction workflows, including scheduling, material procurement, field installation, and project closeout.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or construction‑management software; ConnectWise is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with structured cabling, fiber, audiovisual, security, or access control is a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year. Full‑time, in‑person position.
Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Deer Park, NY office; relocation assistance is not provided.
