About the Role

Kreativa Group, a boutique creative and marketing agency based in Miami and Los Angeles, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys keeping projects across various clients on track from concept to completion. In this role, you'll support our internal teams by managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, communicating with clients, ensuring projects stay aligned with scope, schedule, and quality standards, and providing day-to-day administrative support for leadership. This is a 1099 contract position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track project timelines and deliverables in project management tools (e.g., Monday)
  • Assist in preparing project updates, meeting summaries, and next-step documentation
  • Coordinate communication between design, development, and marketing teams to keep all stakeholders aligned
  • Follow up with team members on project tasks and deadlines to ensure progress stays on schedule
  • Respond to client emails and messages on behalf of the team or leadership when requested
  • Update and maintain organized project folders, assets, and documentation within Google Drive
  • Schedule internal and client meetings, manage calendar invites, and help prepare agendas or notes
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks such as email follow-ups, scheduling, and travel coordination as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • US based candidates only, we prefer candidates in Miami, FL or Los Angeles, CA
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recommended)
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or executive assistance (internship or professional)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and familiarity with project management tools, like Monday
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn within a creative, fast-paced team environment
  • Reliable, self-starter mentality with a focus on follow-through and accountability
  • Previous internship or experience managing projects is a plus
