Project Coordinator

About the role

The OSP Project Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing broadband and telecommunications initiatives that expand connectivity and drive digital inclusion. This role is part of JSI's Fiber Design & Implementation Team in their Nephi, UT office.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSP Residents & Inspectors to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of work to the required standard.
• Provide regular updates to the team to strategically manage risk, monitor finances, and report status to the customer.
• Ensure each phase of work adheres to the established schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or other similar engineering disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience successfully managing complex OSP FTTH construction projects as an OSP Resident, OSP Engineer, or similar role.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and interpretation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams), AutoCAD, Google Earth, or GIS platforms is a plus.
• Travel requirement: 10-20% depending on home location.
