Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Project Coordinator will assist with tracking project timelines, organizing communications, coordinating meetings, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of projects and operational initiatives
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up tasks
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and team members
- Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and deadlines
- Help identify project risks, blockers, or delays and escalate concerns as needed
- Affirm that tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support to project leaders when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of professional experience in coordination, administration, operations, customer service, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within project management
Work Environment
- Location: On-site
- Schedule: Full-time
- May require additional availability or flexibility for escalations
- Regular meetings with your teams, departments, or leadership to ensure alignment.
Key Essential Functions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or move throughout the office for extended periods of time while coordinating projects and supporting team operations.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday, including typing, reaching, bending, filing, and operating office equipment.
- Must be able to work onsite for all scheduled shifts and attend meetings across departments as needed.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to review, organize, and maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and trackers with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must be able to use standard office technology and software platforms, including email, spreadsheets, project management tools, and video conferencing systems.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities, project timelines, and operational needs.
Salary Description
$21–$23/hour
