Project Coordinator

About You

We're seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support Production, Engineering, and Sales by providing insight and updates on deliverables for active projects and purchase orders. You will demonstrate detail-oriented project organization, time management, process tracking, documentation, and vendor management in the design and production of customized assembly, fluid dispensing, robotics, and UV-delivery systems from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations, deadlines, and deliverables by balancing mechanical fundamentals with time and cost management, innovation, team communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Effectively manage the supply chain and vendor appropriation system by supporting the solicitation and evaluation of competitive quotes for fabrication, ensuring goods received meet specifications, tracking expenses against planned budgets, and acting on variances.
• Support, maintain, and validate legacy portfolios and new designs by facilitating design changes, upgrading and modifying specifications through documentation, and recording robust documentation through Engineering Change processes.
• Demonstrate accurate and reliable data entry and manipulation within the GlobalShop ERP system for purchase orders, sales orders, production schedules, bills of material, and routers for equipment production and procurement.
• Confirm and communicate production schedule status daily to meet timeline commitments.
• Ensure customer expectations are met by documenting project requirements and timelines in a project management system and communicating expectations and solutions between internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide insight and analysis of assemblies and components by reviewing drawings, prints, models, and work instructions in support of engineering and production engineers.
• Track and coordinate inventory, invoices, and payments using ERP system data and manual audits, ensuring the Finance team receives and sends invoices and payments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience and project management in related industries, preferably in manufacturing assembly and distribution of medical devices or industrial machinery, automation, robotics, or fluid control products.
• BS/technical degree or equivalent qualifications and experience in Supply Chain or Operations.
• Project management expertise and proficiency in enterprise software programs and MS Office.
• Exposure to UV light, adhesives, chemicals, and pressure vessels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and professional negotiation abilities.

Pay

$72,000–$91,000
