Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the development and manufacturing interface, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create manufacturing jobs and documentation
- Organize and track materials for each job
- Schedule jobs to hit customer deadlines
- Help track project health in terms of schedule and technical risks and issues
- Prepares and presents comprehensive project status reports to internal and external stakeholders
Mandatory Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Minimum 3 years work experience supporting manufacturing operations
- Excellent analytical and computer skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in production, engineering and materials management
- MRP/EPR knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Prior experience with new product development
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Willingness to travel, if required
Desired Qualifications
- Medical Device industry experience preferred
Salary Range
$23-32/hr based on skills and experience
