Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Support project implementation, scheduling, and documentation management.
- Cook materials and deliveries.
- Update and track project tasks and milestones, including Gantt chart reviews.
- Perform purchase order management.
- Maintain accurate records by uploading all documentation to internal systems.
- Communicate updates to internal colleagues.
- Affiliate commissioning and closeout documentation and compliance requirements.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, attending project meetings and ensuring quality of installation.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in project coordination is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary.
- Experience in construction project coordination is preferred.
- Experience with integrated security or low-voltage systems is preferred.
