Project Coordinator
Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Review and maintain project documentation, ensuring it meets the required standards before delivery to customers.
- Perform varied clerical and secretarial duties, understanding office routines and organizational processes.
- Provide general systems integration support to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Facilitate work management support, including service order dispatching, report coordination, and work order activity management.
- Edit and refine documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication to stakeholders.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- Experience: At least five (5) years of experience supporting projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to perform clerical duties with a comprehensive understanding of office routines and organization.
- Systems Aptitude: Aptitude to grasp work management systems and other applicable applications related to the office's work.
- Security Clearance: Possession of a TS security clearance at the start of the contract.

- Work Environment: The position requires working in an office setting with standard office equipment. The environment is dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Physical Demands: The role may involve sitting for extended periods, typing, and using a computer. Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials may be required.
- Mental Demands: The Project Coordinator must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.
