Project Coordinator 2 (Core Provisioning Team)

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and manage the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Wide Area Network (WAN) through Capacity Management and Planning.
• Handle Circuit Provisioning requests and Invoice reviews.
• Manage Mobility Services and directly communicate with Project Managers, Contract Management staff, Senior Engineering/Technical personnel, and other VA employees.
• Contribute to the planning, tracking, and analysis of multiple projects through reporting detailed information, analyzing data in support of project cost/schedule status, and following established procedures.
• Develop standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with organizational operational practices.
• Report project progress to management.
• Address employee and work-related issues relevant to the project effort.
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other project-related events.
• Organize project committee meetings and prepare necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, and other meeting collateral.
• Transcribe and record key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
• Perform various financial analytics including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Gather, compile, and report information relevant to the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience) of relevant experience.
• Pass a government Tier 4 High Background Investigation.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI data analytics tool.
• Ability to perform various financial analytics including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Capable of addressing employee and work-related issues relevant to the project effort.

Benefits

Salary Range: USD $69,900.00 - USD $86,030.00 /Yr.
