About the role
This role supports the project finance and construction of a Gas Storage company's facility in the Woodlands market place.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leadership, operations, engineering, and accounting to ensure documentation of work performed, logged, and passed on for invoicing.
- Support the on-going project finance and construction of the facility.
- Bring forward documentation to the lending institution to ensure invoices are paid.
- Be Microsoft Excel intensive, focusing on advanced skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Communicate clearly with project teams and business stakeholders in a detail-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or General Business.
- 3+ years of experience supporting large-scale projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in project controls, financial analysis, cost tracking, or a closely related analytical role.
- Working knowledge of invoice processing, financial reconciliation, and supporting documentation review.
- Familiarity with purchase order management and its connection to project cost monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify variances or inconsistencies.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when managing multiple financial records.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools used for budgeting, tracking, and financial analysis.
