Project Controls Analyst

Responsibilities

• Project Accounting & Administration
• Compiling owner requisitions
• Internal audit finding resolution
• Subcontractor requisitions and accounts payable processing
• Consumable materials purchasing and equipment inventory monitoring
• Field payroll management
• Aid in project setup, closeout, and owner contract review and readiness
• Small Business Tracking and Reporting
• Project Finance Support
• Monthly project financial forecast
• Analyze and interpret monthly cost reports
• Key performance indicator monitoring
• Project cash-flow monitoring and forecasting
• Change Order Monitoring & Reconciliation
• Contribute to all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting
• Facilitate project meetings to successfully coordinate work activity
• Train and develop project team members
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports
• Support project close-out, including turnover of manuals and warranties and preparation of final payment documents for subcontractors
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at owner, engineering and design firms

Qualifications

• Preferred degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other business-related fields or similar relevant work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Textura, Coupa, or Google platforms

Pay

Base salary range: $67,000 - $80,000

Schedule

Flexible work hours may be required, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines.
