Payer Project Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partners with client and internal teams to support the successful delivery of payer-related projects
• Tracks timelines, deliverables, and key milestones for day-to-day execution of projects
• Coordinates across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of project objectives
• Aids in the development and implementation of change management strategies to support client adoption and sustainability of solutions
• Identifies risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalates as appropriate
• Supports client stakeholders in effective communication and project progress updates
• Builds strong working relationships with client teams to ensure engagement, alignment, and satisfaction
• Supports the preparation and delivery of client-facing materials, including status reports and presentations
• Affords assistance in the development of proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for new and existing client opportunities
• Contributes to solution design by gathering inputs, organizing content, and supporting project scoping efforts
• Participates in internal planning discussions to align on growth opportunities within the payer space
