About the role

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our Outside Sales team serving the Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee market. As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process. No roofing experience required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the business and succeed.

This is a field-based position serving the Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee market. Local travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new customer opportunities.
  • Meet with homeowners and conduct residential property inspections.
  • Identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities.
  • Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions.
  • Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
  • Present solutions and close sales.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
  • Coordinate with internal production teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information.
  • Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, real estate, insurance, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.

Pay

  • $50,000–$200,000+ annually
