Project Asst-sales Manager (Solar System)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Assistant Sales Manager to lead our Solar division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial solar, sales, and experience with industrial bidding documents, as well as knowledge of solutions, design, planning, implementation, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Solar division, including sales, design, planning, solution implementation, and operations.
• Ensure the division meets its goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of industrial solar bidding documents and experience with industrial solar projects and TCO of utilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and technical excellence.
• Conduct frequent site visits, build relationships, and ensure long-term profitable growth of the business.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
