About the role

Warrenstreet Architects Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in healthcare architecture, a forward-thinking mindset, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through construction
  • Manage schedules and communicate effectively with clients and teams
  • Collaborate on space planning, programming, and design development
  • Develop detailed construction documents
  • Advocate for sustainable design strategies and LEED documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • NH Architect Licensure
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong understanding of building codes
  • Experience with Lumion, BIM360, Procore, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
  • Experience with sustainable design strategies and LEED documentation
  • At least 10 years of experience as a licensed Architect with a healthcare specific background

Qualifications

  • Full and clear understanding of the entire project cycle from concept through construction
  • A collaborative approach paired with the confidence to guide and influence project direction
  • A desire to be involved with space planning, programming, and developing creative concepts
  • A keen eye and broad experience to advance design development
  • Three-dimensional thinking and drawing skills
