About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect / Project Manager based in Houston, TX. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of architectural projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing submittals, collaborating with clients and project teams, coordinating design and construction efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in multifamily architecture and project management, including handling project timelines and budgets
  • Prior experience as a Project Architect / Project Manager
  • Knowledge of multifamily building codes and accessibility requirements
  • Advanced technical knowledge in different building construction types and details
  • Strong skills in project, time, and team management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Architectural degree (BA, BS, B. Arch, M. Arch)
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and works with a positive attitude as both a team manager and team member
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook

Qualifications

  • Licensure or certification in architecture is a plus
  • Hospitality and/or multifamily residential experience
