Responsibilities
- Bridges the gap between design and construction, managing multiple projects in all phases of development.
- Manages a thorough knowledge of a variety of construction systems and products.
- Practices BIM management and team leadership throughout project development.
- Provides Revit modeling and production in all phases of development.
- Delivers projects on time and on budget.
- Leads the construction administration phase on numerous project types.
- Manages client expectations and leads multiple project teams through the entitlement process.
- Solves complex problems in a collaborative project environment.
- Communicates effectively and delegates tasks.
- Visualizes and drives 101 Architectures' future goals and ambitions.
Requirements
Candidates must have strong design, technical, and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with subconsultants and clients, the enthusiasm to engage in every aspect of our business and culture, and the dynamism to take on new challenges. Must possess an NAAB Accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree with proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications
- Has 7-10+ years of experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following project types: Hospitality, Education, Civic, Multifamily, Mixed Use and Retail.
- Thrives in an open, collaborative environment.
- Manages multiple projects in all phases of development.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of a variety of construction systems and products.
- Practices BIM management and team leadership throughout project development.
- Provides Revit modeling and production in all phases of development.
- Delivers projects on time and on budget.
- Experienced leading the construction administration phase on numerous project types.
- Absolutely confident in managing client expectations.
- Has the innate ability to lead multiple project teams through the entitlement process.
- Strong Communicator who demonstrates the ability to actively listen and effectively Delegate.
- Driven to visualize the attainment of 101 Architectures’ future goals and ambitions.
