Project Architect / Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect / Project Manager to oversee projects through the full construction life cycle. This role will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, manage design and construction documentation, and provide technical direction throughout the project. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural design and technical expertise, excellent project management abilities, and the ability to effectively resolve project-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate personnel throughout various stages of the project.
• Conduct client meetings and serve as a primary point of contact for project-related matters.
• Develop and oversee architectural design and construction documents.
• Manage projects from design through construction and project completion.
• Coordinate technical aspects of projects with internal teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Review project documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with design requirements.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address design, technical, and construction-related challenges.
• Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with client expectations, project requirements, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect (RA) in the State of Texas.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Strong architectural design and construction documentation experience.
• Solid understanding of architectural construction and technical processes.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge related to architectural design and construction.
