Project Architect / Project Manager

About the role

Firm Summary: Lightwell Architecture is a full-service architecture and interior design firm based in Niwot, Colorado. We are inspired by our clients, nature, and regional vernacular architecture to create timeless, memorable, functional, and awe-inspiring spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and detailing/drafting involvement in all phases of design, from schematic to construction phase
• Development of construction documents
• Presentation and graphics development
• Code analysis and documentation
• Coodination and correspondence with consultant teams and clients
• Hands-on experience learning about design concepts, detailing, construction phase observation, client and consultant correspondence, and project management

Requirements

• M-Arch or B-Arch professional architecture degree
• Robust Revit Skills are a must
• Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Both creative and technical skill set
• Enthusiasm and willingness to collaborate and learn
• Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office experience
• Basic knowledge of construction means and methods
• Licensure or working towards licensure is a plus, but not required
