About the role
Lead design and construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring all projects meet client expectations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control processes.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with sustainable design practices.
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Knowledge of green building certifications like LEED.
- Understanding of sustainable materials and technologies.
