About the role
Responsible for overseeing design projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to client needs and project scope. Manage teams of designers and architects, coordinate with clients, and oversee construction documents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design process for multiple projects
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and architects
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project success
- Review and approve construction documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Professional Architect License preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
