Start Date: October 5th | Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 6 months
About the Role
This role serves as the operational backbone of a Front of House technology team, connecting internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep projects on track and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple concurrent IT projects and timelines, tracking action items and driving initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
- Serve as the central point of contact between technology, vendors, and business stakeholders, maintaining alignment and clear communication across all parties
- Conduct discovery work for upcoming projects and translate findings into actionable next steps
- Maintain and update dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL to consolidate data from multiple sources into clear stakeholder-facing deliverables
- Manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance on project deliverables, and support technology rollouts, pilots, and escalations
- Partner with internal teams across finance and legal to facilitate cross-functional communication and project ownership
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the IT organization and with business stakeholders to ensure their input is captured and their needs are met
Requirements
- 1-3 years of project coordination, operations, or technology analyst experience with a demonstrated ability to self-start and work independently
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources to produce stakeholder-ready deliverables
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience navigating difficult stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects from early discovery through execution with minimal direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating IT or technology-related projects in a corporate environment
- Vendor and stakeholder management experience, including contract or compliance coordination
- Familiarity with Power BI or basic SQL for data reporting and analysis
- Stable work history with a track record of long-term ownership and growth within a role
- Background in retail or a similarly fast-paced, operationally complex environment
Pay
$40-46/hr W2
