Project Air Tester B - 1st/2nd Shift

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Comply with all of TurboFab’s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, Regulations and Guidelines.
• Check own work for compliance to specifications.
• Use all necessary equipment and tools required to perform work.
• Ensure that procedures have been followed and quality has not been compromised.
• Keep all areas clean and orderly; and comply with TurboFab’s housekeeping procedures.
• Test for leaks, clean the bases, do minor paint touch ups, prepare the bases for shipment or transfer, rig, lift and load bases to trucks using overhead cranes, as required.

Required Qualifications

• This position is for Air Testers and requires minimal to no supervision to perform the job.
• Exhibit the skills and willingness to perform assigned tasks in a fully competent manner.
• Read and write.
• Have good verbal communication skills.
• Work well with others.
• Use tools required for the job.
• Skilled and trained on all facets of the air test and final preparation of base products.
• Skilled and certified on use of overhead crane.
• Skilled and certified on forklift.
• Do stud welding.
• Do high-level rigging.
• Do grinding, drilling, tapping.
• Do layouts without supervision.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as an Air Tester.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay Range: $16.14 - $24.20.
• Candidates may be placed on any shift, dependent on business needs.
• Potential base salary increases from annual performance reviews.
• All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to any position:
• Background Screening
• Physical and drug/alcohol screening
