About the Role
The Project Administrator will support the Install & Remodel Department by managing project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and clients. This role is essential for maintaining project timelines and delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule sales assessments for the Install & Remodel Department
- Process and qualify inbound leads, assigning them to the appropriate sales team
- Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and internal departments
- Handle resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials
- Maintain accurate project documentation and submit necessary permits
- Navigate post-installation inspections and coordinate corrections if required
- Provide clear and timely communication with clients regarding project updates
- Track project progress and provide reports to management
- Foster positive client relationships through exceptional service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordinator, sales coordinator, or service coordination role
- Experience within a mechanical or electrical contracting environment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Service Titan preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
