About the role
The Project Administrator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the office. Duties include accounting tasks, accounts payable, reporting, data entry, billing, invoicing, supporting the accounting team, answering the telephone, filing, faxing, assisting visitors, managing appointments, and managing the daily office schedule.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings
- Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Developing project strategies
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
- Adequately follow all Safety and CORP policies and procedures
- Work as part of one UniTek GS, supporting and protecting the brand value
- Cook up project activities to ensure the project is on schedule
Requirements
- Works under moderate supervision
- Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline
- Requires 1-3 years of related experience
- Education/Experience Required: Accounting experience required, Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience, 1 – 3 years of experience as an office or project administrator required
