Summary
Mortenson is seeking a Project Administrator to join their Power Delivery Services Group. The role requires flexibility, efficiency, and confidentiality in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support multiple team members and handle various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational clerical support.
- Manage IRA compliance and certified payroll.
- Answer incoming calls, forward calls, and take messages.
- File and maintain records, including electronic copies.
- Handle deliveries and prepare daily outbound deliveries.
- Prepare materials for design and construction meetings.
- Record and update meeting minutes.
- Procure consumable materials and office supplies.
- Assist the Superintendent with equipment inventory and timecard entry.
- Support the project team with various day-to-day tasks.
- Schedule, track, and log repairs and maintenance.
- Provide maps and directions to visitors.
- Log applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet.
Qualifications
- Three years of administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple team members.
- Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- High degree of integrity in both written and verbal communications.
- Upbeat and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.

Pay Range
The base pay range for this role is $51,000 MIN - $68,900 MAX. Actual range varies based on location and may be higher for certain offices.
