What You’ll Be Working On
- Perform general administrative and office support functions
- Support the group’s business development and marketing initiatives
- Maintain databases and prepare reports to support client management and practice development
- Conduct data entry, summarize financial information, and manage documentation and bookkeeping tasks
- Affiliate in the preparation, formatting, and editing of proposals and pitch materials
- Facilitate effective communication within the group and across the firm
- Develop and prepare PowerPoint presentations for current and prospective engagements
- Compile and organize information required for project initiation and close-out processes
- Assist with timekeeping, billing processes, and preparation of standardized legal documents for court filings, as well as other reporting requirements
- Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of client data
- Conduct industry and company research to support projects and business development efforts
- Cookordinate billing activities and invoice processing
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Prior experience in paralegal work, bookkeeping, or accounting is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage competing demands under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
