Project Admin Specialist III

Quantum Sky is searching for a Project Administrator Specialist Level III to support a complex, multi-year contract for the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services. The role primarily involves assisting with the processing and tracking of Command-level Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Programs, which integrate with Information Access Programs such as Privacy Act, Records Management, Section 508, Information Collections/Paperwork Reduction, Information Quality, Civil Liberties, and Federal Register, as required by federal statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process FOIA/PA requests (approximately 60 requests per month, supporting 47 locations).
• Assist with monitoring AFRC Systems of Record (approximately 15).
• Assist with Command-wide FOIA/PA training.
• Track and report FOIA and Information Access Programs metrics.
• Process Command-wide significant FOIA requests.
• Review and provide redaction recommendations for significant FOIA responsive records prior to release, for the FOIA/PA Manager’s decision.
• Monitor Systems of Record and Electronic Records Management Systems, including ERM Hub and AFRIMS.
• Assist with Knowledge Management/Data Operations training and meetings to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Track and report Information Access Programs metrics (FOIA, PA, IC, RM, P/Fs) for proper safeguarding and storage.
• Review, assign, and process records searches via AFRIMS.
• Demonstrate familiarity with DoD and AF records management, forms, publications, PII, and FOIA programs.

Requirements

• Complete AF FOIA training within thirty (30) calendar days of initial start.
• Recommend three (3) years of experience in similar work.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Location

Work on-site at Robins AFRC in Georgia. Potential for telework based on customer needs.

Pay

The salary range for this position is typically between $50,000 and $70,000. Compensation is unique to each candidate and based on factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements. The final salary may fall outside the stated range.
