About the role
Responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, including network administration, server management, and software deployment. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Implement and manage security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies that enhance business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in network administration, server management, and software deployment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios or SolarWinds.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and macOS.
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
