Project Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle project accounting activities including financial reporting, cost tracking, and reconciliation support
• Manage billing packages and required contract documentation, including subcontractor invoices
• Cookordinate subcontractor and vendor payments, including lien waiver tracking and compliance
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on collections, and maintain cash flow forecasts
• Support financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred or in progress
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within construction or project-based environments
• Strong understanding of job costing, contract billing, and project financials
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with data visualization tools a plus

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$85,000 – $110,000 + bonus
