Key Responsibilities
- Handle project accounting activities including financial reporting, cost tracking, and reconciliation support
- Manage billing packages and required contract documentation, including subcontractor invoices
- Cookordinate subcontractor and vendor payments, including lien waiver tracking and compliance
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on collections, and maintain cash flow forecasts
- Support financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred or in progress
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within construction or project-based environments
- Strong understanding of job costing, contract billing, and project financials
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with data visualization tools a plus

Pay
$85,000 – $110,000 + bonus
