About the role
Provide clerical and administrative support to department leadership. Support student success by keeping programs organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and confidential documents
- Track and maintain Center reports, requests, and contract deliverables
- Schedule meetings, coordinate communications, and assist visitors
- Maintain Job Corps and Company systems, databases, and records
- Organize files and ensure accurate documentation
- Support special projects and assist other departments as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Collaborate with staff across departments to support daily operations
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred. Degree or certification from an accredited training program preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
