Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including executives, to understand their core business issues and priorities.
- Develop joint business plans by aligning with customers on motivated goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
- Pitch data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business growth goals.
- Measure and demonstrate Google's value by analyzing campaign results against customer objectives and offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
- Cultivate the customer's growth trajectory by identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered performance and video, CTV), with knowledge of landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $138,000 - $201,000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits
