Program Therapist

About the Role

Signet Health is hiring Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Professional Counselor-Associates (LPC-A) for full-time shifts at our new Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments
• Provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed
• Ensure maintenance of all case files and records in strict compliance with policy and Joint Commission regulations
• Coordinate treatment planning
• Perform additional duties as required within the scope of this role
• Communicate effectively with the team

Requirements

• Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience
• Hospital experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Unencumbered Texas license as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-A, or equivalent
