Program Therapist

About the role

The Program Therapist provides treatment within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety, leading therapy groups, conducting assessments, and managing case tasks according to the clinical model.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Establish rapport with patients and families
• Facilitate admissions and discharge planning
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
• Lead psychoeducational and process groups
• Sit at meals/snacks weekly
• Provide utilization reviews
• Assess suicidality
• Support team members
• Manage crises
• Participate in outreach
• RTC therapists also offer on-call support

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field
• Active state license
• Preferred experience in mental health and eating disorders
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule

Full-time, onsite role in Tacoma, WA; Monday to Friday.

Pay

Compensation varies by experience level.
